4. will not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any ATNF representative, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

If you do not comply with these obligations, the ATNF reserves the right to immediately prohibit and block access to its website and to its network without damages.
