Inderpal Kohli

Inderpal Kohli is an accomplished healthcare technology leader with over two decades of experience dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in enterprise information systems. In his role as VP/CIO at Englewood Hospital, he provides strategic direction and oversight for all IT initiatives, aligning them with the mission, values, and goals of one of New Jersey’s foremost hospitals and healthcare delivery networks. 

His expertise spans a wide range of core competencies, including EMR, imaging, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software-defined networking, high-performance computing, and continuous delivery. He has a proven track record of optimizing EPIC system utilization and configuration, pioneering technology projects, developing robust cybersecurity programs, and enhancing clinical solutions to elevate patient care and clinical outcomes. 

Kohli holds a master’s degree in technology management from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science. Inderpal is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of healthcare informatics and project management professionals. As an adjunct instructor and mentor at Weill Cornell Medical College, he shared his passion and expertise, fostering the growth of future industry leaders, for over a decade.
