An experienced professional with over 24 years of work eexperience in India and overseas, Samiron is currently part of Ernst & Young's Global IT Advisory Leadership team.At Ernst & Young, Samiron is responsible for developing the India Talent Hub and work closely with EY Practices across the globe. On the India IT Advisory Practice, my team provides IT advisory services to organizations and governments across industries and spectrums. Before joining Ernst & Young, he was with Wipro as Global P&L Head for Strategic Accounts in the Energy & Utilities SBU. Have handled key assignments in the Manufacturing/Oil & Gas/Public Sector and have had stints with SAP Asia and Deloitte Consulting in South East Asia. The first decade of my career was spent in India with the HCL Group and Tata Steel. Specialties: Energy & Utility, Manufacturing, CPG, public sector industry specialist. Enterprise Apps biz (ERP/SAP), SI and large outsourcing deals and other IT consulting areas, Running a P&L for IT software and services biz.

Dr. Dinesh Tyagi belongs to Indian Administrative Services, 1981 of Manipur-Tripura Cadre.  He worked in the Tripura State in various capacities as Secretary Education and Principal Secretary Finance.  He has also worked as Director in the Banking Division, Ministry of Finance.  He was Custodian of Special Court, 1992 (Harshad Mehta Scam) in the Finance Ministry. He has been Director on the Board of Syndicate Bank, United Bank of India and Indian Bank.  He has also been director on the Board of Financial Institutions such as Small Industries Development Bank of India.

Dr. Dinesh Tyagi has worked as Chief Executive Officer (CSC Scheme) with Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Limited.

Presently, he is working as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CSC e-GOVERNANCE SERVICES INDIA LIMITED (a SPV promoted by Department of Electronics & Information Technology).

Rajendra P. Gupta

Mr. Rajendra Pratap Gupta is a global thought leader in public policy and works on several boards across the globe. He has been invited by the United Nations, WHO, ITU , World Economic Forum, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, GOI; Planning Commission to share his views and to speak on global issues. He is currently the Co-Chair of the Innovation Working Group-Asia set up by the office of the UN Secretary General.


Dr. Namperumalsamy

Founder member of the GOVEL TRUST which runs Aravind Eye Hospital & Postgraduate Institute of Ophthalmology and Vice President of Aravind Medical Research Foundation.

First to start the Low Vision Aid Clinic in Government Erskine Hospital,  Madurai in the year 1967 and remained as Medical Officer in charge till 1971. Also organised course on Low Vision Aid for Ophthalmologists.

In 1972 he underwent training in Diabetic Retinopathy at University of Illinois, Chicago and thereafter served at the Medical College and Aravind Eye Hospital & PG Institute of Ophthalmology at various capacities.

Started Vitreous Surgery Centre in Government Rajaji Hospital, first of its kind in INDIA in 1975.

Having undergone a course of Fellowship in Retinal Detachment and vitreous surgery at Retina Associates, Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A  in 1977 ‑ 78, started Vitreous Service Clinic in Aravind Eye Hospital in 1979. Also conducted courses in Vitreous Surgery for Ophthalmologists.

Has been a Postgraduate Teacher for more than 20 years at Aravind Eye Hospital & Postgraduate Institute of Ophthalmology, Madurai which is affiliated to Tamilnadu Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai.
