Transforming Healthcare with Information Technology (THIT) Scientific Committee welcomes delegates to submit abstracts of original work for oral and e-poster presentation at the 11th International Conference. The deadline for abstract submission is 10th February 2024.  Prior Registration for the conference is mandatory. One author can submit a maximum of 2 abstracts.

General Guidelines

  1. All abstracts must be submitted only through the official website http://www.transformhealth-it.org/
  2. To log onto the submission site, you will have to initially create a username and password
  3. Submitting an abstract for THIT 2024 will be possible only if proof of registration is submitted
  4. Once the abstract is submitted, NO REVISIONS/ EDITING will be allowed. Authors have the option to SAVE the abstracts as a DRAFT in case they feel that the abstracts need to be reworked on before final submission.
  5. When submitting an abstract for review, make sure you click the submit button one time only. If you do not click the submit button, your abstract will be saved in the “drafts” section of the submission site. “Draft” submissions will not be considered for review.
  6. Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted for review.
  7. Notification regarding acceptance of submission along with guidelines for presentation (ePoster or for the free paper session) will be sent to the author to the email provided while submitting the abstract. Requests for change in mode of presentation will not be entertained.

Abstract Guidelines

  1. The abstract must contain original content which is not published or presented at any other national or international conferences prior to THIT 2024.
  2. The official language for the conference is English. The abstracts must be submitted & presented in English only.
  3. The abstract should not be more than 250 words, which should be typed in the box provided on the online abstract submission page
  4. The abstract should specifically contain the following subheadings:
    • Background
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  5. You will find an option to upload jpeg/ pdf on the online abstract submission page. The system will not accept files which are more than 1 MB.
  6. While all accepted abstracts will be on display throughout the conference as ePosters only selected abstracts will be accepted for oral presentation in the “Free paper session”. The decision of the Scientific committee will be final which will be communicated to the registered email.
